"Sweetwater" Open Casting Call in New York


The new movie production of “Sweetwater”, the story of the first African American to play in the NBA (The “Jackie Robinson” of basketball), is holding a massive, all day, open-call auditions in New York City May 24, 2008 in search of an unknown actor who will be selected to “Star” in the leading role of Nat “Sweetwater” Clifton. Penned and to be directed by Martin Guigui, “Sweetwater” will be filming in New York City this summer and stars Danny DeVito, Chazz Palminteri, Tom Skerritt, Burt Young, Smokey Robinson and Romeo.
